Procedures:
Talk to Hersha of Ellinia: Ellinia.
Head towards Ellinia: Magic Library and climb up the platform on the right side.
Double click on the stack of books on the left side , above the window with the streaming sunlight.
About 30 Blue Mushroom will spawn, so defeat them all. Make sure you have a bunch of potions ready beforehand. If you die, 1% of your experience points will be deducted.
You could either wait for the time of 10 minutes to lapse, or you could logoff and login again—both actions will teleport you out of the house and you could still complete the quest without defeating all of the Blue Mushroom.
Return to Hersha and talk to her.
