Answer his questions in the following order: - Latter - Growth Accelerant - 10 Cellion Tails, 10 Lioner Tails, 10 Grupin Tails, and 10 Fierry's Tentacles Hunt for 10 Cellion Tail, 10 Grupin Tail, 10 Lioner Tail, and 10 Rapid Growth Accelerant. Then return and talk to Orbis: Orbis Tower <Hidden Room>.
