Snorkle x 50
Air Bubble x 50
NPC(s) Involved:

Hughes the Fuse
Procedures:

  1. Search for a portal in a hole in Orbis: Orbis Tower <B2>.

  2. Enter the hole and talk to Hughes the Fuse.

  3. Hunt for 50 Snorkle.

  4. Hunt for 50 Air Bubble.

  5. Return to Hughes the Fuse and give him the collected items.

  • Oxygen Tank Oxygen Tank x 1
