Curious to be an Aran! XD ill be lookin at the guides in HS :D

OMG this new class ROCKS.its the best job ever.You can actually throw mosters into mid-air and atack them in mid-air!OMG

is there gonna be different jobs to to the aran class like Koc(Knights of Cygnus) or is it just like one thing.
It sounds like its just a warrior improved.

Just to let everyone know...

First of all, you are al more than welcome for the updates :) it's always a pleasure.

Second thing is just to let you guys know that GMS will release Arans on 9th December 09(which mostly everyone know right now) and we will have the verify everything and modify if needed. So as for now just wait for nexon america to release it before modifying anything.

Aran won't be the only one,aran is one of the 5 but their is another one coming in a few yrs called evan,evan is a dragon mage its already out in KMS.

Provided strategy wiki is correct, just like All adventurers start as beginner and all Cygnus start as noblesse, the 5 legendary classes start as "Legend" and then from there you become Aran or Evan or whatever.

When will they come on EMS ?

im just waiting for aran!!! Its really good that HS updated the class before it released in GMS. And what's this about evan????

Sure arans are going to be godly and all but don't you think they are wrecking ms. I mean at lv.100 arans can solo Zakum and Horntail so they are wrecking the challenging experience of maple sotry.

ok ppl i have a prediction... ok they said it was five different classes that fought the black mage right... ok so the aran is Warrior Type... the evan is Magician type......hmmm what about the thief,pirate, and bowman.. hehehehehe this another theory.. ok look aran,evan they both start with vowels right.. A=Aran,, E=Evan,, now what about I,O,U...... just to put thoughts in your heads lol.. this is so cool

This will be fun in all... to get to lv200 easier, but it is going to ruin Global Maplestory just like it is doing to the other ones! They made them to strong and to easy to lv... GMS is about to be ruined into they remove the Aran characters or fix them. To think i thought maplestory wasn't going to be ruined for a long time )=

so basically... ive been playing this game, maple story, since it came out. i was a friggen beta tester for the game. i love this game with a passion i dont share for any other game out there. and now their gonna ruin the game. with a god character. you ride around on a wolf... and do like 700% damage to MOBS, and in 4th job, you do friggen 1500% damage to bosses. at that point the game isnt even cool any more. ive spent 4 years playing this game in my past time. and now your going to tear it out from under me, and all the others in the same situation. i thought cygnus knights were bad, but these guys are godly and can level cap. nexon, or wizet, or whoever came up with this idea... "ooh guys lets make the game really easy"...rly?

It will probably go something like...

A=Aran (Warrior Type) E=Evan (Mage Type) then I think it will go like.

I=Ican (Pirate Type) O=Omaan (Archer Type) and then
U=Uyan (Theif Type)

I hope they bring these out either with the Aran or soon after them because it will wreck the game if there is only 1 godly type you can choose from like they based it off the warrior! Why are they so special? Warriors arn't all that plus if they do bring only 1 Aran type out I will go bonkers and kill Nexon!

Its quite anoing that there will be only one godly type,but theres gonna be too much players in this game and i cant even now stand in Free Market cuz it lags so much.
I wonder if i could play MapleStory anymore. I hope there wont be so much people in the game that people cant log in...

Personally I like the game as it is. With the jobs they have now. Cygnus weren't all that bad. But Some people like to play games when they are easier. So maybe that's why nexon or wizet or who ever came up with this. Plus they are a gaming company, they will always be looking for more players. Increases the chance they can sell there cash shop items and make more money. just saying.

Im quite okay with arans. Problem is no one will ever make an adventurer excpet for dk or maybe clerics. At least cygnus has a disadvantage of lvl cap being 120.

Hhahah, people always complain about stupid stuff. Nexon made it and you like it. Give me a break and stop whining. Most people play maple for social aspect anyway. Like one of the comments said about getting lagg and not being able to move in Free market. Die hard gamers will not be effected by an easy to play class. Just like cygnus it is easier to lvl but so what. It's a game and everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Nexon is expanding and I respect what they are doing and what they have accomplished with Maple. And you know 70 percent of the people who play Maple usually get to lvl 30...if that and never play again. I think the Aran class is a great idea.

i agree with Brassil, also i looked at the skills for aran and for those people who think 1200% is outragous well i have to agree but it also says underneath that you need 200 combo counters so these counters might not be as easy to get and may take a little time so that skill wont be being used too often, also for the aspect of that skill which kills monsters when they're frozen you would actually need to team up with and ice/lit mage in order to do so, so it definatly will not rule all other classes out of the picture. Personally i cant w8 till this class comes out and i actually havent been playing maple for a while and this will bring me back in to try it.

What lvl do you have to have to make an Aran right away or if there is one

Arans have wolf sort of mounts for lvl 50,70 and 120. And now maybe i agree with brassil that pro gamers wont have a problem with arans but noobs will. And im sorta avg got a zhelm,wg +8attk,PAC 1wa,10dex robe and most important a Pink bean. Im lvl 74 nw so can u guys rate me as how good my equips are??

u zhelm is good just cause of how powerful zhems r
ur bathrobe is again average but useful
wg is a little above average
pacs in gerneral r useful but urs is below average mines 3 attk
so in al ur prety good but try and get a stronger pac

i never said my equips were better i know i hav room for improvement like gettin a 12 attk wg and a dep star

Arans come out tomorrow! So excited!!!

When are they gonna patch it already, like i bet more than a thousand people were waiting at like 1am and it hasnt Patched yet. i think that they will postpone it because the super lagy patch they did before. BTW aran is like a dawn warrior and the whloe class is called Legends.

Thats a pretty good theory with the class names.

ok i got a sin in lvl 45~47 it took me about 4 years to lvl him up and in about 5 days i have my aran the same lvl ... classes like KOC and aran r ruining maple story. I mean aran can solo horntail and other bosses like this!!! its making maple 2 easy

Personally I like the adventure class more then anything else. besides the times when mass kill is helpful. I like being any adventure. It might take longer to lvl and have less benifits but I spend more time getting to know my character and exploring the maps before I am able to just move on to something new. I am guessing that the new classes are for those who have less attention span and get bored with not being able to move on to new places because it takes forever to lvl.
